WCRA Monthly Meetings
Our regular monthly meeting is held on the first Friday of each month unless that falls on a holiday weekend. Our starting time is 7:30 PM. The meetings are held at DuPage OEM and streamed via Zoom. Click here for a map to the DuPage OEM location.

Monthly Membership Meeting Format
The format of the monthly membership meetings is normally a business meeting followed by a short refreshment break and social time, and finished up with a program of interest to members and the Amateur Radio community in general. The business meetings tend to last for approximately one hour, and the length of the programs vary from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
All who are interested in amateur radio are welcome to attend and enjoy the programs.
You do not have to be a licensed ham, nor a member of the club to attend.
Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult.
This is a great way to meet our club and and learn about our hobby.
Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting is held during the April regular membership meeting.
Annual Officer Elections take place at this meeting.
Exceptions and Special Meetings
In December of each year, a Holiday party is held in place of the membership meeting.
Additionally, special meetings may be called from time to time per the processes outlined in the by-laws.
WCRA Executive Board Meetings
Executive Board Meetings are open for members to attend as guests, but participation may be limited at the discretion of the Executive Board. The Executive Board meetings are held contingent upon the availability of a quorum of current board members to meet.

WCRA Meeting Minutes
Meeting minutes are published on our website under the News tab. Before each meeting, our club secretary sends out the previous month’s meeting minutes to current club members via email.
Meeting minutes will also be published in our newsletter, the Hamletter. The Hamletter is maintained in PDF format, for easy viewing electronically, and high quality print output.
